Do the QR codes expire if my license lapses?

You do not need an active license to use previously generated QR codes that you have downloaded or stored. However, we suggest making a backup of QR codes before ending your license as Airtable only temporarily cache attachments. If cached QR codes expire, you will need an active license to generate a QR code again if you utilised any paid features such as custom logos and watermark removal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription at anytime via the self-service portal (https://docs.littleappy.co/help-center/qr-code-generator/manage-your-subscription#cancel-subscription). The portal is provided by our payment partner Gumroad.

Can you generate a tax invoice for me?

You can generate a tax invoice via our payment partner Gumroad. More information about how to do this can be found here (https://gumroad.com/help/article/194-i-need-an-invoice.html).

Can I use this for commercial purposes?

Yes! However, we suggest not using this service for personally identifiable or sensitive information as the data may be logged as a URL query parameter when Microsoft, Airtable or Google load your images. You are also responsible for meeting the QR code intellectual property rights outlined here (https://www.qrcode.com/en/faq.html#:~:text=Is%20there%20a%20fee%20for,the%20ISO%20are%20not%20necessary.&text=The%20word%20).

How do I find my license key?

After purchasing your subscription to QR Code Generator, an email will be sent to you containing your receipt and license key. If you can't find it, you can retrieve your license key from the license key page (https://littleappy.co/license).

How will this transaction appear on my credit card statement?

The transaction will be listed with a transaction identifier starting with GUM.CO/CC.
