QR Code Generator custom icons missing

Root cause
A secret unexpectedly expired, which meant the API was unable to access the storage bucket where custom icons are stored. The secret was renewed and the API is now able to access the bucket again, resolving this issue.

This incident has been resolved.
Investigating
We're investigating reports of custom icons missing from QR codes, and users unable to upload or delete new icons.
SSL error when attempting to generate barcodes

Root cause
A Cloudflare SSL certificate failed to renew automatically. Manual configuration was required to trigger a new certificate to be generated which resolved this error.
